For the next European Heart and Lung Transplant Championship (EHLTC) in 2018, the Local Organizing Committee (L.O.C.) is composed of following person:

 Franco Giopato          -   Responsible for the sport organization

 Stefano Faggian         -   Responsible for the information technology  sector

 Marina Dellapietra      -   Responsible for the external organization
